You will train with our award-winning Personal Trainers at least 3 days per week, taken through the most cutting edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. AND - You will be able to track your own progress which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far beyond your 6 weeks.
Nutrition Plan

We will sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out. 
Shopping List 

We will sit down with you and map out your exact shopping list so you know what to buy, and leave nothing to guesswork. Average person spends ~£35/week on groceries for 21 meals at Sainsburys or Tesco's. Our process will cut down on your time in the supermarket with most people getting in and out in under 15mins.
Direct Contact With Your PT

Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact to your personal Accountability Coach whenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragementWe are here to help you succeed. They will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to congratulate you on your success and keep you on track.

So here's the thing  -   Our intention of this programme is to get you  amazing results in the 6 Weeks, give you a great experience, so much so, that we hope you stay afterwards. But you're not obligated to by any stretch

Question - Where are you located?
Answer - We are a 2 minute Walk from East Croydon Station, Our Address is MYPT Studio 36-48 St Georges Walk, Croydon, CR0 1YJ

Question - How much does it cost?
Answer - We have various options available varying from £99 to £299 which we can go through when we show you around.

Question - Am I fit enough?
Answer - Yes, All sessions are suitable for beginners as each session is personalised to your needs.

Question - Are there changing rooms?
Answer - Yes we have our own changing rooms, showers and lockers

Question - What if I don't want to lose too much weight?
Answer - No problem, we've seen great results from people who just wanted to look and feel healthier and focus on changing the shape of their body

Question - Do I need to buy expensive gym gear?
Answer - No, not at all. Any comfortable clothing is fine and a pair of trainers will do you great. 

Question - Do I have to exercise every day?
Answer - No not at all! We would expect you to come and train with us at least 3 times a week to get results you'll be proud of.

Question - Do I have to eat rabbit food on this plan?
Answer - Our meal plans packed full of tasty meals using healthy foods in the right portions, so no rabbit food here!

Question - Will I get supported through the programme?
Answer - Yes, you will be assigned your own accountability coach who will be checking in on you weekly, and you will be able to reach out to us daily for support through our app and private FB group.
